Celcom has just launched a new postpaid plan, which is Celcom First Voice. If you’re the existing Celcom Exec subscribers like me, you might be thinking the same question like me, should I change to the new plan?

I will take Celcom Exec 50 to compare with the Celcom First Voice. Why? Because Exec 50 is the most valuable plan in Celcom Exec plan. Let’s us revise the Exec 50 features here.

  1. Total Monthly Usage RM 60 – RM 79.99 = 10%
  2. Total Monthly Usage RM 80 – RM 149.99 = 20%

Celcom First Voice – Postpaid + Prepaid Plan

Celcom has just introduced a new postpaid plan on 27th June. Why I titled it as postpaid + prepaid plan? I’ll explain it to you later, keep reading…

In this Celcom First Voice, all the Voice Call, Video Call, SMS as well as MMS rates are same. And there will be a free mobile internet data, but sadly to say, it’s very little. Anywhere, it’s better than none.

Compare & Analyze U Mobile Services

U Mobile
Today we will review the U Mobile services as what we did before.

U Prepaid

Well, the only 1 prepaid plan U Mobile offered.

Recommend for those who monthly usage less than RM 42. If more, then you should consider their U38 postpaid plan.


U Mobile Postpaid Plans

U38, U68 & U98

Well, if you are using sms service heavily to all networks, you shouldn’t think about their postpaid plan. Their U Prepaid sms rate are cheaper than postpaid plan.

The advantages of their postpaid service is the call rate are cheaper than U Prepaid.

If your usage between RM 60 – RM 100, U68 suit you the best.

If your monthly usage over RM 100, then you should consider U98, if you choose U Mobile.

But, you should keep in mind that if you want to use IDD service, you have to place a RM 300 IDD deposit.


U Data Plans

You can subscribe to 100MB as low as RM 10 per month with UB10. Good enough for usual email checking and instant messenger.

Although UB68 in U Mobile website mention unlimited, but please read their fair usage policy, they have limited it to 5GB.
