Here consist of 3 sub-sections, which are Strongly Recommended, Not Recommended as well as Scammer list.

Strongly Recommended
The providers listed here are tested by RMvalues for a certain period before recommend to our users. Beside that, those providers also are reputed and trusted in communities. RMvalues also verified and confirmed that they've fulfil all the requirement below:

- We received payment

- Paid on time

- Good/Acceptable/Reasonable earning (fixed amount or % in commission)

- Don't cheat !

Not Recommended
The providers listed here are tested by RMvalues for a certain period and we found that they have one or more of the following problems:

- Very low earning over long period of time

- Late payment

- Not acceptable rules

- Forfeit earning if doesn't meet minimum payout during a certain period

- Very difficult to earn money

Scammer List
We think we don't need to explain what is the requirement to be in these list. All the 'lucky' providers which listed here are certified by the former/current users in major reputed forums/communities that those scammers are:

- Never pay or pay on the first few times to attract more victims before they run away

- Sell the user information to earn money before/after running away

- Ask users to pay before they begin to 'earn'
