Public Bank cobrand with ING Insurance offers you PB ING Credit MasterCard PayPass Card. This card not only give you cash rebate on retail transaction, it also give you 2% rebate for ING insurance premiums when you pay via your PB ING Credit MasterCard PayPass Card.

Public Bank also is one of the highest charges on Conversion For Overseas Transactions (Determined by MasterCard International + 1.25% of administration cost). Where you know from our previous post, HSBC bank also charge 1.25%.
