kakak saya telah memohon pakej streamxy percuma netbook (jalur lebar) 512kbps -1Malaysia Rm53 dengan agen alor setar.Satu bulan lepas sudah ada orang datang pasang line telefon baru,orang itu cakap biasa 3hari lepas line phone pasang ,streamxy akan call untuk pasang .Tapi kakak saya suday tunggu dari 15th August sampi sekarang pun tiada orang call untuk pasang streamxy.Kakak saya call 100 ke tm ,tm cakap akan send lapor..3 hari lagi 3 hari kami menunggu….Kami pergi check dekat TM point ,sana cakap tak ada nama atas register streamxy , lagi pun nombor baru telefon rumah saya sekarang kena kuala lumpur punya streamxy block pulak atas sebab register sama agen .Peninglah kami ,lepas pasang siap line telefon baru, tm baru cakap tak boleh register untuk streamxy pula.Tm cakap kena send lapor bagi KL,kena tunggu KL buka balik block baru boleh buat register.so kena tunggu lagi…memang nasib malang lah kami,kawan kami lambat dari kami register sama agen,tapi tm pun sudah pasang internet bagi dia lah.hanya kakak saya yang belum dapat.Boleh tolong check dan buka block untuk kami kah?Sila tolong check ,nombor phone kami adalah xx-xxxxxxx

hi, i want to clarified few questions:-
(1) staff TM told me , if i want to take up this Package 2 , every month i need to pay RM58.00 for 2 years is it correct?
(2) i need to pay for RM450.00 CASH to the staff TM to get the HP mini laptop, is it true??
(3) if i take pack 1 , i need to pay RM400 for the “Idolah” mini laptop ?
i feel very disapointed , u all deleted my message didnt reply me…since i already awaiting so long ..? if yr side cant answer me, WHY still want to ask us leave a message ???

Are you dealing with TM staff at TM point ?
Or they are just the agent of TM ?
